I seriously doubt your scratches are from wiping with a dry MF.

I hope you didn't wipe your paint with those same microfibers!!! :soscared:

Are you talking about plastic windows or glass?

As mentioned Lake Country makes a restoration kit, and Autoglym makes a great polish for glass.

LC polishing kit or Duragloss Nu-glass. Nu-Glass did wonders for me a few weeks ago on some windows that I didn't think were salvageable...I'll post some pics when I get home from work.

cerium oxide.

i dont have the LC kit but i did buy those 4" felt glass leveling pads. they pretty much suck. it gets caked up and overheats too easily

I live in Los Angeles and was looking for a professional to remove scratches from my new (to me) Lexus. After searching here and Lexus forums, finally found a local mobile company (using Google) that came out today and did the work.

Company is Louie's Glass Restoration. They mostly do commercial buildings, but also do auto glass. It cost me $175. I also will need a good detail now (even though they covered everything with plastic). They use the cerium oxide stuff. It did a good job. I will have to drive it for a while to make sure they got everything and that the optics are still ok.

I have no association with that company.
