will these products clash together?

Hi.. have a simple 6 step process to get my car looking *bling*, and I think i'm going to finally get round to doing it. Anyway, this is whats planned:

WASH - Megs Gold
CLAY - Megs Clay (have a spare kit here so will just use that).
COMPOUND - DACP
FINE COMPOUND/POLISH - not sure here .. what will nicely bring up the finish, go well with DACP and help remove any hazing ??
PREP - Aio
SEALANT - UPP.

Maybe topped with s100..

Are those products going to work together??? What would people recommend as a polish to use after DACP???

Your process and product selection sounds fine. For a final polish i've been playing around with a sample of SSR1 and really like it. SSR1 will probably be replacing VM for me in the spring. I've also heard good things about FPII.

good ideas on the VM and SSR1 i have only used the VM but not alot yet. I have seen alot of people follow 83 with 80.

The one time I have used DACP in a small area, I followed it with Meg's #9 because that's what I had. It seemed to work fine, but I'm not too sure that I wouldn't have been OK with just the DACP. It was on my daughter's Maroon Saturn and the area where I used the DACP looked pretty good after just the DACP. Since I used the #9 on the entire car afterwards, I don't know how the DACP would have finished off. I did use Klasse AIO, and UPP to complete the process.

Just a suggestion, take a good look after a couple of coats of UPP before you decide on putting the S100 over it. I have topped UPP with S100 and didn't think it added much if anything, to the look. I would rather be able to add more UPP which you can't do unless you remove the S100 or the UPP won't bond properly. :dunno

FWIW, my regular routine is Meg's #9, Klasse AIO, 4 Star UPP. Works for me. You can see three of my vehicles in the gallery. They don't look as good as some, but they don't look bad.

How would you be able to just remove the s100 and not anything else? :dunno

First off, I'm not an expert and I don't really understand all the things that happen with different products. I just post what I have read somewhere and what seems to work for me.

The process I used when I wanted to add more UPP was to use a paint cleaner to prep the surface before applying more UPP. In my case, it was Klasse AIO, but I think 4 Star UPC would probably work.
The AIO seemed to remove the S100 or at least allow the UPP to do its thing. Whether the AIO removed both the S100 and the previous UPP, I don't really know. My thought is that it did. Instead of just being able to put on another coat of UPP, I had to use the AIO, then the UPP. I felt I would rather be able to add a coat of UPP each month for a few months before I felt the need for basically starting over.
