Will pollen eat Zaino away?

We've had the usual obscene amount of pollen here in central VA this year but this is the first year I've had this particular problem.

When I washed my car yesterday it almost felt as if there was no Zaino left on it. In the past 1.5 months that I've owned the car it's had 2 coats of Z5+ZFX and 3 coats of Z2Pro+ZFX applied. But the rinse water isn't sheeting off of the hood, top or trunklid like it has in the past.

So, can/does pollen (combined with rainwater) strip or affect Zaino?

Yes.

Despite how strong/durable Zaino is, the pollen can eat it away in very short order, which is why it is a best practice to remove the pollen buildup ASAP, with either a wash, california duster, or spraydown with water. Pollen can be more acidic than bird poo, and combined with (acidic) rainwater, makes for one strong sludge of a wax/paint killer.

Thanks for the response. :bigups I guess I'll pull out the PC and do some polishing and Zaino-ing this weekend.
