This weekend I detailed my wife's 03 Highlander. The inside was probably worse than the outside: crayon stains, chocolate milk, strawberry ice cream, orange juice, etc, all sponsored by our 5 year old princess. Wife is pretty happy, so you know what that means, oh yeah, I got lucky tonight, that's right, she is letting me order some Swissvax Concorso. :woot2: Here is my process:

Exterior:

Washed with Ultima Paint Guard Wash and Lowes GS

Wheels sprayed with Sonus Rim Bright and washed with Ace Powerstick 602

Clayed with Clay Magic

Menzerna IP with orange pad via Flex at speed 6

Menzerna 106ff with white pad via Flex at speed 5

Hosed down to remove polish dust

UPGP x 1 (will add two more layers of UPGP and one layer of DWG tomorrow)

Final wipe down with FK 425

Headlights polished with Meguiars PlastX via UDM and 4'' orange pad, followed by 106ff with 4'' white pad.

Tires sealed with Ultima and Trim Guard Plus x2

Interior:

Vacuum with Vac N'Blo

Sonus All in One, Ultima Interior Shampoo with Ultima Autospa Dual-Foam Interior Applicator, Sonus Cockpit Detailer, Sonus Total Eclipse

Seats and carpets cleaned with Ultima Interior Shampoo and 303 Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner via UDM and Aqua carpet brush attachment.

Entire interior sealed with Ultima Interior Guard Plus

GREAT introductory paragraph there Doc! Boy, where was my head, sheesh. Your results look great but I beg for sun shots!!!

Oh, did you extract your seats/carpets with your Vac N'Blo?

Yeah, I did not have a chance to take sun shots since I finished late. I'll take some later. I vacuumed the entire interior with the Vac N Blow. What I love about Ultima Interior Shampoo is that you don't need to soak the fabric, you simply spray and rub with a damp MF or brush. Can't wait to add the other 2 layers of UPGP and DWG. Maybe then, wifey will let me order some Swissvax Mystery :D.

Every married man learns the golden rule: :secret

Momma happy, everybody happy. Momma not happy, nobody happy.

Of course, the converse of that: Daddy not happy, nobody cares.

P.S. Nice job on the vehicle.

No not yet, I just tried Signature Series II and Pinnacle Souveran Paste. The Souveran Paste actually did not mute the flakes as I thought it would, maybe just a bit.

Heck yes. Funny thing though, she has no problem with me getting a box with goodies every week, which adds up to hundreds of dollars each month (well, actually, I don't tell her how much I've been spending on those goodies :D). Overall, she supports my addiction.
