wife said no more detailing

LOL, my fiance makes some pretty funny faces when I say "im gonna go wash the car", which means 2 step polish, interior, engine, wheels, tires, windows, shampoo carpets, glaze, wax.....



HAHA, she knows I love it and she accepts it. Sometimes she thinks I am cheating on her with my truck!



But when I bring her SUV home all nice and shiny and clean, she appreciates it.

When your wife tells you "no more". Politely remind her that you stopped taking orders from people when you graduated high school. I remember living like that when I was married. But something real refreshing happens after you divorce. You don't have to listen to anyone order you around except maybe your boss. Here's a little joke for ya. Why is divorce so expensive? Because it's worth it!

John, I did just that, we were having difficulties so I got her involved with my job, things were going great, on her "END" she was bringing in about $5,000 per week but she changed in some way and left me: It started with an argument because she wouldn't tell me her secret for detailing that made her so much more than me!! I accused/asked her of having something on the side like a paint advisory service for wealthy clients, kickbacks from dealer services, whatever, but she wouldn't budge. Who knows! Everyone always said she would bend over "backwards" for me because of are love, but who knows! Sad!:hm

Oh, where can I find someone like that :)? I am still single, but every girl I meet thinks I am strange because of my addiction to detailing. But I try to tell them that It's my way to relax or something.

Just got back from my trip and had a great time but took some damage that will probably require body work and some paint. I think it is from a large bottle rocket during the festivities. I will post some pics when I find my camera. Its a dent in the hood with some scratched paint. I also have a dent in the top of the front fender. I think this one came from a baseball. No paint damage at all just a dent. So much for all the polishing, I am so frustrated.



The onr worked out great on the trip. Did a few quick washes on the paint but left the wheels for home.
