I let one sit in the bathroom on some towells for about a week before it was totally dry. they are quite dense and hold water even after they seem dry.
I always set my pads on a towel after washing them so as to suck out the moisture. This process has not disappointed me in the two years I have owned my PC and pads. Also, I don't put them in bags, I just stack them face up on a shelf.
