UPDATE:
I talked to david on the phone today and he said he is awaiting the arrival of the new caps. The caps will be distributed to those that contact him with there shipping addess. They will be sent out free of charge. If the cap doesnt do the trick David will then send out a new replacement bottle free.
David was very helpful on the phone and was very concerned about the problem. It was very curtious and helpful of him to call me.

I ordered a 32oz OP from TOL , The new bottles have a Gold sticker, So for anyone who might make a purchase be sure to ask for the newer Reformulated OP just incase some of the suppliers have some of the old version left over..
