Why has superbee been banned?

I just got off the phone with Todd.



From what he told me, the signatures that they both had where they quoted the menzerna rep's statement was the reason why they where banned.



As far as he was told the ban is for 1 week.



Todd also told me that he was not given the choice to remove the statement from his sig, he was just banned for it. But he does understand that having a sig like his was against forum rules, so he is not upset about being banned.



Todd also said that he appreciates the support from his fellow members.

That whole Menzerna thread was an embarrassment. OK, so some of their stuff unintentionally fills...... use some Prep-Sol or IPA and get on with your life.



These are grown men we're talking about here, and neither of the three have anything to be proud about after mud-slinging in that thread. Hey, if they are that upset let them use a different line of polish...... but they'll still be doing a Pep-Sol wipe to make sure nothing got filled. This same horse, but with a different line of polishes, has been beat to death before.



Like it or not, Jeff Silver is a registered member here, and using those quotes in their signatures was in bad taste. I expect (and hope) to see Supe back here in a couple of weeks. Todd I'm not so sure about since he wasn't fond of being here lately anyway. One thing I can tell you is this thread is on its way to being locked.

After years of working with the public in various industries, I have come to the point of realizing that the customer is not always right. They are always to be treated respectfully, but are not neccessarily right.
