I'm thinking of buying the set for my griots polisher. I already have steamer and extractor for carpets, would this help out even more? What are you guys using them for?

I use them all the time. I have the ones for leather and the ones for carpet. They are great on stuff that needs a little more than cleaner and towel.

I usually vacuum, cyclo brush, vacuum, spray foam(fabri-foam is my favorite), let dwell, dampen and ring towel, thoroughly scrub with towel, then repeat steps in next section. I only break out the steamer and extractor for stains, normal soiling will come out without wetting the carpet. One word of caution with my process: make sure your cleaner of choice doesn't need to be rinsed. The Fabri-foam doesn't, but you may choose a cleaner that does. In this case, you'd have to do a quick extraction so that the cleaner doesn't attract grime.

If someone wants those brushes, I might have an old set-- new, not used. I have one on my Cyclo, but think I have a set of green for some reason. No reason to pay $26 per set.

I'll look tomorrow.

I use them so often I basically leave one Cyclo set up with them all the time. That kind of mechanical agitation is different from what the extractor and steamer do.

i juat got a set of the blue brushes for carpets. i used them on my dad's work truck, and i think it saved me more than enough time and effort for the 26 bucks they cost. ive gone as far as to take out the pressure washer to clean carpets before. like someone said above, the agitation from the brush is different, and i think more effective for heavily soiled carpoets
