whos a good mobile guy in or near edison, nj

my friend is getting ready to trade in his 2003 range rover and he wants to get it detailed before it goes to the dealer. its got 19k miles and it looks like a cream puff, its really clean , but i doubt hes ever waxed it or had it detailed.

he's looking for this sunday or monday, hopefully monday cause he goes tuesday.

anyone have any suggestions?

Might be Brian Angelucci, president of the PDTA, but I'm pretty sure you have to go to his place in Mercer County. If not, Clean Dean out of Monmouth County is mobile.
 
ok kids who has the most experience, this truck isnt a tuff one but i am a little worried it will get messed up the day before it goes to trade.

Arn't range rover SUV's? what color? Where in Edison is your friend located.



Btw, you're friend will be very satisfied he came to me, tell him not to worry about getting his range rover "messed up". He's in the hand of an Autopian :xyxthumbs

I think almost any of these guys on here will treat you well though. If theres certain things you want done, just ask. I usually don't do mobile for a single car, but I would be willing to make the drive to Edison if he can get another.

Being in the hands of an autopian doesn't mean much. Most members here have never even used a rotary buffer..
 
OK i admit it, i don't use a rotary. I've been using a PC for the past 2 years. Yes, it does take a lot longer, but its ok, i get great results. EVEN on a black range rover. If i can get out the swirl marks and marring and my customer is happy, more power to me.



And for you Mazz, Good job. You should be proud of yourself. You use a rotary therefore YOU WIN THE PRIZE! let me shake your hand.
 
Wow this thing is starting to get nasty, there is no need. A pc is a great tool and I love it, but to get true untouchable results a rotary is needed and will save alot of time, but both are good tools. Also Mazz is right, just because it is an autopian member doesnt mean he or she is a true professinal and has mastered or perfected many different areas of detailing to be actually making a living or profit while handling other peoples vehicles.

Even when i was starting, i didnt feel comfortable doing it on the weekend until I advanced my level of knowledge that I felt comfortale I could do a comparable job to any detail shop to actually charge someone money. Anyway, I do beleive many people are excellent detailers on this board and by no means am I some jedi master of detailing. I believe though I am above many shops and in all of NEPA and all of North Jersey and have the tools of the trade and knowledge to achieve remarkable results, any help that you may need I could provide.

Im not attacking anyone so don't take it to heart. Im just stating just by being a member of a msg board doesn't make you "great" in any way. There are plenty of people on here that do great work and some that don't. Even some of this forums figure heads can't produce some results due to lack of equipment. I didn't mean for it to seem like an insult to you just stating the name doesnt mean all. Now...Whats my prize?
 
heh. funny how nobody who responded to this thread refered to themselves as "great" because they are an autopian. I wasnt even implied. So i do not know where you infered 'greatness" from.
