Who will win the 2007 F1 Championship?

Back in the early 80's the F1 race held here in Detroit was fantastic. :up Senna and Mansell always put on a great show. It was run through the downtown streets along the river and through a long tunnel reminiscent in some ways to the Monaco circuit. Racing finally returns here Labor Day weekend with an IRL event.
 
Well I just realized this thread was started. I know I'm a bit late but my boy is Alonso. He is from the same place my mom and half of my family and friends are from, and he is one hell of a driver. Hamilton is doing well and to tell you the truth I hate it lol. Masa is kicking a$$ as well. This season has not gone the way anyone expected I don't think. Oh well, we'll find out shortly what happens. Only a few more races. For the american gp I think they need to do it in vegas right through the strip. That would be amazing to see. Anyway, GO ALONSO

McLaren has been fined and stripped of 2007 constructor's points, but the drivers will get to keep their points in the championship. So McLaren is out of the construtor's championship, but Alonso and Hamilton are still in it as far as the driver's championship.



That's the last info I read anyway. I was kind of shocked to see it in the news . . . I knew the investigation had been going on for quite a while, but didn't know the FIA was close to handing down a decision.
