Who uses Z2 PRO?

So far I've used Z2 Pro as follows:

Wash, Clay(where needed), Rinse:

AIO-Z2 Pro & Zfx

FPII-Z2 Pro & Zfx

FPII-Z2 Pro No Zfx

3M PI III MG-Z2 Pro & Zfx

ColorX-Z2 Pro & Zfx

No toppers yet, I'm still having too much fun playing with Z2 Pro. Will probably try a few nuba' toppers in the spring and also Z8.

I just used Z2Pro a couple of days ago on my Mom's E320

Dawn wash

3M SMR

Z6

Z5 X 3 (Z6 in between each application)

Z2Pro (After 20 hour wait):)

Came out very nice.

Works awesome for me.

wash

#80

wash

Z5 x 2 ( Z6 in between ) ( I love Z5 )

Z2 pro x 2 ( Z6 in between and after last coat )

Would never think of using a topper ( and I have Souvran )

I've used Zaino for several years, but just used Z2 Pro for the first time last weekend. Decided to start from "scratch."

Z7 Wash

Mother's Claybar

IP

FPII

Z6

Z2 Pro x2

I'm really happy with Z2 Pro. Seemed to be even easier to remove than the "old" Z2. Deeper, wetter shine.

I've used "toppers" before (S100, Souveran, etc) but I really don't think Z2 Pro need one.

Is Zfx required with Z2 pro?

You don't need it, but it sure makes things go faster! If you mix the ZFX with Z2Pro, you can put up to three layers immediately after one another before waiting 24 hours to put more layers on. If you don't, you can only put on one layer every 24 hours.

I always spritz my applicator with Z6 and Z8 on the final coat. I also recommend doing a Z6 wipe down prior to the initial coat. This really aids in application of thin coats.

i did just a test last night and compared with UPP and WG..

i was impressed with the new z2 pro formulation. I don't understand those who have said it was re-badged z2. I found it went on easier , had a shorter drying time and came off easier than their old z2.

I washed with WG autobathe

Clay

AIO

z2 pro x 1

i tore it all down and now I currently have UPP on x 2 and find UPP very comparable to the new z2PRO's look. Deep and wet.

z2pro is deeper and wetter than WG and left a soft finish. Not as slick as UPP nor WG, but after GSRstilez's look of zaino, Sal may have topped the charts yet again.

I'll start stacking the layers tonight and see what i can come up with..

Has anyone tried spritzing a foam pad with Z6 to apply Z2 PRO thinly?

I did with the free cotton sponge pad, but I'm still having a hard time spreading it thinly. I just put three coats of Z2Pro on my sister-in-law's car and it was a PITA to buff because I couldn't get a thin coat. I finally got a reasonably thin coat for the third coat when I switched from the cotton applicator to the special red/white sponge applicator I bought from Premiumautocare.

I simply QEW washed, polished with AIO then layed down 3 layers of Z2 Pro (with ZFX) on my brother's van. Still holding up well, still looks great several tunned car washes and the passage of two months.

I spritz with Sonus QD, same thing, but I think the Sonus helps more in the reflectivity, I used Z6, But I like the other product a lot more.
