who here uses fabric protectant on , floor mats, carpet, cloth seats, cargo mats, fabric wheel well liners, fabric firewall liners, hood liners? If so what`s your protectant of choice?

I do on the floor mats and flooring directly under the mats plus back hatch area in the old people mover/SUV. Main reason is I have a 6year old playing baseball and soccer. I have Leather seats and don`t worry about coating fabric panels.

I’ve used 303’s fabric protectant on floor mats and on carpeted wheel wells.

I have also used CarPro’s fabric protectant on floor mats.

Both seem to work pretty well.

Only when I coat the outside and they pay for the inside protection. Tried PolishAngel but has a bad odor. Currently using both Griot’s and Dr. Beasley,

303 and I tried CarPro’s. I’ll stick to 303. Luckily I have never spilled anything, but I figure it’s a good insurance policy for a small price.

I personally use 303. I`ve found that dirt seems to vacuum out of the carpet and floor mats easier if they had been treated before.

I picked up some Car Pro fabric protectant from Corey when we got the new Accord with the light grey interior, BUT I have yet to apply it 9 months later.

Maybe a silly question - and I have never used it, except years ago on a couch, but what about Scotch Guard?
