Who makes the best microfiber?

Ah, as I suspected. Sometimes they're pretty good. I use mine around the house in areas wheres they no need to be concerned about linting. They perform well ,especially on countertops. The newest ones being made my Eurow is news to me. I'll check them out next time I go up to Jacksonville.

Microfibertech was always stellar by me too. It's been a looong time since I ordered, but they're staying on permanent vendor list.

Costco is the best for the money. Their first batch (12 pack) was the best quality. When the changed the supplier and offer the 24 pack, quality went down. Now they have 36 pack made by Eurow. It is better quality. It is so cheap, worth throwing away after few washes and use new ones.

I think Chemical guys is really good.

I bought some Sasquatch towels from them. The softest and most expensive towels I own, but one of them came apart at the band after the first wash.:wall Still, when I die I want to be wrapped in their baby-blueness for eternity.

Cobra for WW and buffing polish and eurow for general mfs is what I use. Not sure if these are *the best* but have held well over several washes and perform to spec still.

Eeek, major mistake on my part guys, it was 12 for $25, still a nice deal, but not smoking like 12 for $12. Not sure why I remembered them being $1 each. My appologies.

Here's a pic:

Left Mothers, Middle Pro Force, Right Costco

Thanks to all the demand this one post caused, Mothers has decided to sell these towels on their website. Link below:

The best exterior I've used are the Autoglos towels, but it's hard to to beat those Proforce 24 for $11 at Sam's Club for everything else.

The Sams' proforce are our cleaning and utility towels. Bought by the case.

Awesome on glass, interior cleaning - and they are dual nap towels so you can clean and final wipe on an interior with 1 towel. Love them, and IMO its absolutely ridiculous to pay these 2 and 3 dollar a towel prices for interior and grunge duty.

I too have yet to source anything better than autoGlos for exterior paint duty.

Agreed about the ProForce from Sam's. I actually use them for exterior paint duty as well and I've never once had a problem doing so.

im surprised theres not much love for the chemical guys yellow towels I had no problems with them and there way cheaper then the pakshak towels

Almost all my MF towels came from Chemical Guys. Get the ones that are 530 GSM or above ..... Never had a problem!!!!!!

When I first started detailing, I was not aware of the importance of premium grade microfibers (among many other facts). I had been using AutoCraft (advance auto brand) as well as a few Meguiars supreme shine microfiber towels that came with their claybar kits. I have since ordered some Cobra microfibers and been very impressed with the quality. I now use the autocraft/meguiars for interior duty and the cobras for the paint surface. Very happy with that combo currently. Probably will order some mothers towels since the price is pretty good! :clap2:

I've had the best luck with PakShak and Zaino towels. They are both ultra soft, high quality, and last through MANY washings.
