Who do you buy from?

I buy local as often as possible. When I do have to order online I use Detailed Image because they process orders fast, have great prices and are the closest distributor for Optimum products. Ground shipping is basically 2nd day from NY to CT.

Gosh I wish I had a local supplier for EVERYTHING, freakin being in SEattle takes FOREVER!

Some of the more 'boutique' products will be difficult to source, but the full Meguiars or 3M lines can usually be found at a body shop supplier. I get 303 from a local marine dealer/repairer and my Lake Country pads from a power tool distributor; all of these places are within a 15 mile radius and don't advertise their reconditioning stock.

So even if you don't have a singular detail supply storefront in your area, call around or contact the manufacturer for their distributor information.

DetailedImage.com!

fast shipping. great prices with discounts and specials. A+ customer service on the BMW forums and other detailing/car forums.

All the popular venders seem to have a limited selection of wool pads.

I would try Detailedimage.com but they only have the LC purple which is

much too mild.

I did a quick search, and there are only a few guys using wool pads on a regular

basis.

Just purchased my first PC, along with some wolfgang products, plus micofiber towels. Never used a Porter cable before. Will see how it goes.
