So far, I tried two options to get rid of these spots on ( circled red ) - Vinegar and #39. None worked. I am not sure what they are ( looks like water spot ). I already had bad experience with degreaser in past, so I am hesistant in using it without any advice from you guys.

What else I can try to get rid of these. Any help will be appreciated.

If it's on the cladding, try Poorboys Trim Restorer. I also believe Stoners also make some type of cleaner.

We have asimilar problem on our '01 Wrangler.

its a 'splash' on the rear fender under the gas cap. I was curious if a slight overfill spilled some gas on the fender and made it turn that greyish/white.

would a (store bought, preferraby) "back to black" type product work with this?

Thanks for the suggestion.

I do have B2B in my arsenal ( I use it on side mirror and door handles). I will try today and let you know MongooseGA.

If that didnt work,I am getting VM this week. I will try that also since it can be used on plastic.

Tried B2B with blue shop towel. Left red circle came right off and looks clean. Right circle required little heavy scrubbing with my forefinger and blue shop towel and its gone.

Thanks anddriver for your suggestion. :)

Here pics of after applying B2B.
