White product residue on rock chips

Hello all

I've been doing some detailing on my dark colored car and everytime I polish the hood, I get these million white dots. I found it's caused by dried polish residue on the rock chips.

Are there products that don't dry white? also how can I clean that residues?

PB S&W, or any quick detailer spray should do.

There are probably quite a few products that do not leave white residue.
Klasse AIO, 4 Star UPP and S100 Carnauba wax are three that I have used a lot of and I don't seem to have the white residue problem with any of them.

Spot Claying might work.
Or try Q-tip soaked with alcohol.

Thanks for the tips. QDing doesn't clean it, I've also tried to wash it with alcohol/water mix with no success.
Q-Tip works, but it's like a million chips
