White pad that comes with PC7336 vs. LC white pad

Are they the same? Is the PC pad softer/less cutting? TIA

I've heard that the white pad that comes with the PC is quite coarse and not suitable to use on cars. However, you can use it to attach a MF bonnet onto it for buffing purposes.

The white LCM pad is much softer than the white pad that comes with the PC.
