i have ...but am informing those who care..ive probobly spent 1000 dollars on detail supplies in past few weeks and to be treated bad by a store owner ,,,,because of a stuck up attitude sucks.........

Sure the customer is always right, if you do the right conduct. I can't demand free shipping if it isn't written down. David seems like the right person who abides by what he says. Maybe communication was misinterpreted, but coming here and whining to us isn't gonna do jack crap. Don't be a damn 10 year old and complain to some members on here. What can we do? Take in a bad statement? Raise our fists?

The customer is not always right. Whoever said that is full of it. If the customer tells me that I scratched his car when I know I didn't, then he isn't getting a new paint job out of it just because he says so. The customer is just a customer. A $200 dollar order doesn't make you the CEO of the company.

This board is not going to be used as a venting board for irritated Autopians. Post your frustration on their board. Its not "Us versus Them" around here. DC and Autopia don't compete. When you bash Bynon on this site you are as good as dead. David Bynon is well respected in the detailing community and we won't have you bashing him over here.

Detail City is not a board that will allow any bashing of any person. Unless you are bashing someone who has been banned for spam, then you can pretty much guarantee that your first bashing post will be the last post you ever make. rapid depletion, you should have made your name 'rapid deletion', because your DC days are done. Go vent about it on Autopia and see what they do.

Upon consideration I have decided to leave this thread open. We all know that David is not like that. His goal is not to screw the public. I think we know what happens to trolls around here and David knows how to handle them too. Let anyone who ever says that DC bashes against Autopia read this thread. We do not allow that here and it offends us to the core to hear someone talk that way. Mr. Depletion is history and, like David did, I have blocked his IP from ever being able to register here again. You have to get The Fuzz really ticked off to get that kind of a sentence. Now, let's all get back to being smooooooooooth. :naughty

I think David's reply that he posted first says what we need to see. Based on how this guy acted here, I don't think anybody is going to believe that David screwed him intentionally. It sounds like David made every effort to correct the problem. I am torn as to whether I should keep it here as an example to people who think we are going to tolerate vendor :beat , or if I should just bury it so Dwayne can see it when he gets back. I think this thread goes to Detail City's credit that none of us want to hear bashing of vendors. I'm just so darn proud of you guys. :hippi :owned

I have ordered from David as well as Dwayne, Steve and Nick @ Detailers Paradise. I have never experienced any problems. No need to whine and slag anyone over and mistake or miscommunication.
 
I can understand where this guy might feel he was wronged and he wishes to vent BUT no one will take you seriously if you get off the main subject of "Hey the service was not that great" to talking about Davids wife in that manner. No need to degrade her in that fashion for she, I am sure, played no part in this.

That is what I am most upset about honestly.

If "rapid depletion" is looking for sympathy... it's in the dictionary...and can be found between S*** and Syphilis...
