Which to use before PUPP? AIO or PUPP-C?

You could use either. I've used both and I like both. The AIO may last you longer but the Platinum would probably bond better. Its up to you.
AIO has been my choice for close to a year now. I started with it on Dwayne's recommendation since it had a little stronger cleaning action. The fact that it also adds some protection as well seemed like a good thing, too.
It would seem that your choice would be influenced by the condition of your paint before you start. Either product would probably be fine for use before UPP. If I remember correctly, the Platinum Paint Cleaner is quite a lot less money than the AIO. If it does the job, spending more on the AIO might be a waste. Use the extra money to buy some Poorboy's Spray & Wipe.

I've used both, AIO is an amazing product if you need to clean up oxidation or clean the paint up. The UPC is great on paint that is already prepped. You won't notice a big difference in shine, although IMO AIO will darken the paint slightly. Like charles says it depends on the paint.
