I agree its what works for you. I personally don't like the looks of JW PA ans AJ or AJT on mettallic. Someone can send a thousand pictures ( I don't put much stock in pictures as they can can be altered ) For me JW gave a plastic dark muted finish.



However other than Zaino I have come to love SWAX on metallic's.

I did 3-4 coats of SWAX and 4 coats of OS and its amazing. i have also done SWAX with ZCS same results and Have some Ultima form AG coming this week to try.



I also love CG Wet Mirror Finish or DWG with either ZCS or OS multiple coats.

Also amazing on metallic's.



I wish a picture could truly capture the pop ,depth and wetness of my paint. I get compliments and asked what I use almost daily. I think anyone can make an abused car look good, but the true test is a car in near perfect condition and make it look even better. IMO definately harder to do.



Do I love Zaino.Sure do ,but realize there are other great products too. I try not to throw cheap shots about other products as some do. But I can tell you I buy everything I use and put it to the test.



I can't wait to try Ultima this week to see how it compares to ZCS & OS. From what I have read its supposed to look better. Can't wait.

Consider Optimum Opti-Seal as well.

So how is it that Optseal goes on so thin and so little is used? Is the sprayer ultra fine? Or, is the consistency more like a gel? It seems to me that a MF applicator would absorb such a tiny amount of product before you are able to spread it. Someone please describe the process to me.

Thanks. So if I do my math right, 1oz=4-5 cars translates to 32-40 cars in that 8oz bottle. Are guys really getting that much coverage?

My vote goes to optimum as well. Costs less, does a great job

I've done about 40 cars with my current bottle and it is slightly more than half full still.

I love OS and in the UK its cheaper and readily available but I also think UPGP is fantastic as well but has no UK retailers so has to be shipped personally which obviously ups the cost.

i find that kind of hard to believe also, because if you think about it - some is lost in the pad/applicator itself and other variables i think.

I like trying different products. I started with FMJ, still love it. Then I added to that Blackfire Wax. Then, I heard so many comments about the longevity of Collinite so I couldn't refuse a sale I found at Harbor Freight. Love that stuff too. Somewhere in the mix I had to try the combo of Klasse/P21S. I love the Klasse Twins as much as any of the others. I think I'm like a few of the other guys here who have a borderline addiction to trying new product. Oh I almost forgot, I traded some FMJ for a sample of Wolfgang I haven't tried yet. The list goes on......



Well, actually there is nothing borderline about my addiction. I'm sure I'll add a few more to the list before summer. I haven't mentioned the polishes I've tried; I'm sticking with Menzerna (SIP, 85RD).
