Which quick detailer

What about trying QD-strength IUDJ? It`s pretty much replaced all my QDs for the jobs you mentioned and it`s cheap as QDs go.

I went and looked at IUDJ just now based on your recommendation. This has to be some seriously concentrated stuff. It only takes 0.6 ounces per 32oz spray bottle to whip up some QD, based on my calculations. That`s over 26 spray bottles of QD for $30.... I had been wondering if I could afford to QD my car nightly before slapping the cover on it without spending a ton on fluid. Needless to say, I bought some and will be seeing how well it fares against the CG Speed Wipe :)

Note that I mix it about that strong for everything, and *stronger* when mixing up QD. Still cost-effective enough for *me* and others might not need it that potent to be satisfied.

What dilution ratio do you personally use when making QD mix? Is it any harder to buff off to a streak-free shine compared to other QD`s? It seems like pretty syrupy/thick stuff.

Gee, I can`t really say how strong I mixed it! I`ve been working out of my ~1qt spray bottle for ages and I can`t remember :o

I`m not precise about it anyhow, so I bet I just added a bit extra. Eh, I usually add a bit when mixing it up for Rinseless too.

I don`t really use it enough to speak to the buffing/streaking, only use it for bugs/birds/etc. But I`ve never had any issues with it streaking.

Huh, not familiar with that one...is it comparable to a Spray Wax with regard to how it leaves things?

It is easy to work with, leaves no streaks but the gloss is just stunning and very slick, I`ve got IUDJ and i love been using it for sometime now. I will continue to use it and use the kenotek sparingly as it is`nt as cost effective as IUDJ.
