Hi All,

Soon I will be doing my g/fs parents cars- Red Hyundi Tib and a light greenish Hyundi Sonata. I plan on using the Klasse Twins. Now my problem is that after ive detailed them ive been asked by my g/fs mother to buy her some "wax" that will protect it after the klasse wears off. Problem is that her father does the cars and only uses Meguiers Cleaner wax. So of course theres no protectant. Ive been told that no way will he even do a 2 step procedure. As in Cleaner wax-LSP. So I need help figuring out what LSP I should buy her that will protect with just washings and last a while, I know it would be best to have mild cleaners in it too since its just one step. I was thinking of just getting her some NXT. Since it has mild cleaners but im concerned of the durability. I own some and find the durability to be about 1 month or so. Also these cars will be under a car port of sorts. with open sides. What else should i consider. #476? AOI? How about Poorboys polish?. I need help im stuck what i should get them

You don't put on carnuba after it wears off. You repeat the Klasse. Cleaner waxes will strip or damage the Klasse. Klasse will last 6 months on clean paint, so clay, Klasse AIO, and then Klasse SG. SO don't let him put any wax on it. Unless it's P21S carnuba wax. It has no cleaners and will re-up the shine. A great thing to get them is some Sonus Acrylic Spritz. It will give it that just wax shine over Klasse. I use it after every wash. Tell him just to wash with Sonus Car shampoo (gives great shine!) and dry off with a chamoi. Grab a MF towel and spray some Sonus AS and wipe. He'll see the difference. Here's a link to the stuff \/ Follow there suggestions \/

If you want get some P21S and apply it during the 6 month time frame. Don't use anything else like paint cleaners, or clay. Just keep washing with Sonus Shampoo or Meg's Gold Class Shampoo. I put a coat of P21S every month then when 6 months comes up I re detail the car. If you want something quick get some Clay Magic, Klasse AIO then SG. For better results Clay, Sonus Paint Cleaner, Klasse AIO, SG. Prepping (cleaning) the paint is the most important in getting great shine and depth. Step up more follow below and you'll be happy. Just don't let him put some Quick Detailer. It will look worse. Spend the extra for Sonus. Use SONUS in Coupon Code when buying and save 15% on Klasse and Sonus. If problems PM me.

Here's my steps:

Wash with Dawn in warm water.



Clay, make sure to have the section your doing wet with soap water. Use a up and down motion, not circles.

Sonus Paint Cleaner, Do a section (hood) at a time with the porter cable than put on a MF bayonett and remove. Or use Sonus applicator and remove with Sonus MF towels

Sonus SFX Polishes are the best and the best and easy. Get all three (SFX-1,2,3) and SFX Foam Pads. If you don't have swirl marks and you clay or polish often, then use #3. That will refresh your paint and give you great depth. 1 is the most abrasive and remove the most stubbern oxidation and clear coat scratches. I use to remove sanding marks from touching up paint. You will have less or none marying or buffer marks like other harsh polishes. Always use the less abrasive polish first then you might not have to use #1 on all of the car, so if you have paint imperfections like scratches, oxidation use #2 first. If that doesn't work use #1. #3 is the finishing polish. IT's unbelivable this stuff. I've used Merzena and 1Z for years and those take a back seat. Sonus sent me a sample box of there pads and SFX Polishes and it said, "you got to try this". I'm no way being bias!



Klasse AIO, it's the best protection from any contaminst including acid rain, salt, uv damage, etc. The most important application! Peoples common mistake is putting to much on. Use only a dime size for the hood, front fender and fender. Only do a section at a time. ex. Hood then remove. You barely can see this go on, but you'll see the difference when you remove it.



Sealent Glaze, Apply by foam pad. Same as AIO don't use much or it's a ***** do get off. Then, leave it on for a day, no lie. It will cure in 24hrs. (totally harden) to get the best bond to paint. Next day remove by hand with MF concours buffing towel. If you want more shine and depth repeat. I notice more depth with a second coat.

P21S is the best wax made!! Make sure you wait 24hrs after the SG, because to make sure it totally hardens aka dry. Use a applicator and apply like any other wax. Section at a time. It works better if you buff off. Use Microfiber.



I guarantee!!!!! You will be very happy. Will take you a day and an hour the next day, but it will give you happiness for 6 months. Get Sonus Shampoo or Meguire's Gold Class Shampoo. Sonus Quick Detail Spritz will give you added life to that shine like nothing else. Just spray and wipe after washing. NO DAWN!

Don't worry about using a PC if you don't have one or using SFX polishes if you don't want. I really suggest if you want professional results.
