Which Product is better for cleaning??

Which product would be better for getting haze and oxidation off of paint and just over all cleaning of the paint? 3M Perfect-It Fine Cut Compound or Meguiar’s No. 9 Swirl Remover?? Afterwards I'm gonna use Meguiar’s No. 7 Show Car Glaze and Meguiar's No. 26 Hi-tech Liquid Wax.
 
Fine Cut Compound would definitely have more bite than #9. However, depending on your paint, most likely you would have to follow Fine Cut with #9 or even DACP, as there might be compounding haze left behind.
 
I would use Perfect It II for the oxidation. #9 isn't much of a cleaner and has more fillers for swirls than anything.
 
Keep in mind you may want to have #9 handy IF the PI-II leaves any hazing behind (due to its strength). Hope you won't have to though. :)
