Well, it's definitely not DC1. I dunno if Meg's rates ScratchX with the same scale as the Mirror Glaze line (in which #83 is), but you can use the latest version of ScratchX by machine. I think #83 and ScratchX are in the same ballpark in aggressiveness but I'm betting the #83 is going to be a bit more cost effective.

Ive used both and 83 has more cut and finishes off nicer.

but get 83 then the polish step one...leave out the scratch X

iirc, scratchx would be in the ballpark of around #82 or #9 if you had to compare them....
