I think opp is too thick to spray, personally. Same with leather cleaner.
 
Neither. You usually wear basic sprayers out on solvents & acids. Not basic cleaners. My sprayer used on alcohol is probably on it's 10th large bottle and still pumping fine.

OPP doesn't mist, but with the beffy spray head I bought today, it sprays pretty good. It doesn't stream like all other spray heads I've tried. I'm going to buy more of these spray heads, but I need to know which ones should be chemical resistant.



The leather cleaner mists perfectly. :2thumbs:

I've worn spray heads out with p21s gel and megs APC+. For how cheap the heads and bottles are from US plastics why bother not buying chemically resistant components? Literally 3 bucks or less for a 16oz pvc bottle and spray head.
 
I use SprayMasters bottles for everything, mainly because every other sprayer Ive used gives out on me way to fast.

I had a dozen of those spraymaster bottles go out on me over the years. Good thing is the company backs the product (with receipts) and replaces the heads for you pretty much uncoditionally. Though those bottles (at lowes) are expensive!!

Yea the cheaper bottles would go out on me like every other week :grrr Spraymaster its maybe 1 a year except with wheel bright its like once every couple months

I am using $1.21 spray heads from us plastic with viton o-rings (same as spraymaster). No problems thus far but knowing I had spraymasters fail I can only assume these will too. But at a fraction of the cost I am ok with it.
 
when something is a hige costic it is a corrosive read the product it will say. Glass cleaners are never corrosive or costic,leather cleaners or conditioner never r usely just degreaser or wheel acid some times a tire dressing with large amounts of sillicone will stop a sprayer to prevent frome failuer take sprayer out of product at the end of the day and run water through it or just use ur dirty car wash and the will last a long time
