Which Leather Cleaner & Conditioner?

Does nobody use Leatherique anymore? I used it on a set of Cinnamon E46 M3 seats that were extremely dirty and the outcome was amazing. It's not something I would use weekly but it's good every 6 months I would think.

I do. Its my go to product. For heavy cleaning I use both the Leather Rejuvenator and Pristine Clean. If I need a light cleaning I just grab the bottle of pristine clean and it works great.

I got tired of wasting money on different leather cleaners that never really worked well until I tried the Leatherique system.

I used Armor-All Leather in the past. Makes my black leather seats super slick, shiny and wet looking.... but makes the seat slippery. So I don't recommend it. Ideal for me would be a product that makes the black leather seat look super black and shiny but doesn't make the slippery.

Bought some lexol cleaner/condition. Good combo. The conditioner works rather well when you let it penetrate.

The finished leather used for auto upholstery DOES NOT require conditioing

Lexol was originally formulated for equestrian tack, so a dogs leash or harness would be an ideal material to use this product on

How can I tell if my black analine "leather" is "finished"? It's a 2011 ES 350.

:lock: little feedback please!!

Add a droplet of water onto the surface, if it beads it's coated. If it darkens, you have uncoated leather and have to find specific conditioners/cleaners to use on it.

One quick question about woolite.

I have a bmw e90 with 170kkm on the clock, and of course, the steering wheel got dark and shiny from all the skin oils and so on, and I decided to "make it new again". So I read on the internet, that I should use a pretty strong (1:6) solution of woolite and water. Went to the shop, but there's no white bottle woolite available in my country... so I just took the black one.

I cleaned the wheel (with softest curaprox toothbrush), and it got a bit "greyer" and a bit less shiny, so I guess I got some of the dirt out. But still, people report of better improvements. For example, they say that the crevices in the leather reappear and that it starts looking as new. My doesn't. Is it that essential that I use woolite from the white bottle, did I do something wrong, or is it just as it should be, and the wheel cannot possibly look any better?

I started using Woolite at 20:1. If it is good enough for ScottWax, it's good enough for me!

I use my Lexol on my Reeboks, my baseball glove and my leather couch.

Take a look at waxedshine.com canadian company selling uk high quality products I have started using there products very impressed
