Which is better....VM or Megs #80?

I am on a budget and see that these 2 are pretty popular. Which one should I buy? Thanks.



If the Megs # 80 wins, where is the cheapest place to buy it?
 
Get both :D you know you want to...

I would get the #80 if I was you. I think it will be a little more versatile.

I dont know the cheapest place to buy it though, maybe check out Thetoolwarehouse.net ?
 
If you can only afford one, go with #80 because it will tackle more defects than VM can. Both leave a very nice wet look.
 
I have both and depending on what you need it for, it's up to you. I like VM better. If you need 4oz. (#80) as a sample and you have something to trade or not let me know.

Wished to seek your advise because I have a old rotary buffer with the max speed of 600rpm.

Is the speed too slow for #80?
