Which extractor do you use?

I bought a Durrmaid last year. It's now collecting dust because it's broke. Not only did it start leaking water soon after I got it, but it finally just stopped working. According to the Durrmaid owner, it was the pump. So, $50 (not including shipping) I have a new pump. I was told that I could install it myself. Good one! Upon trying to install the new pump, I broke another component because there's no room to work to put in a new pump.

I'm so freakin mad that I've basically lost $600+ on this piece of crap. Now, I'm trying to find another extractor to replace it.

That sucks. Take note, going cheap on Professional equipment like extractors isn't recommended, one day of down time is immense on your business. You need to have a good customer service rep locally or online that can help you get hosing/seals/motors fixed right away.

I remember hearing the Durrmaid horror stories from a year or so back. I've never forgot that and if and when i do take the plunge, I'll get an Aztec from Danase.
