Which coating for my new bike?

Alright the time has come to apply a coating and I need your help to pick the right one.

I really do prefer how easy a coating makes keeping a vehicle clean, the question is...which one?! How many layers? 2? 10? 30? Layer 1: CQuartz Layer 2: PBL Paint Coating Layer 3: BLACKFIRE Crystal Coat?? The possibilities are endless.

Any and all suggestions will be appreciated.

Thanks

I put two layers of pbl on my car, looks great

put one layer of each coating you can get your hands on!

and try not to slide off the bike :)

You had success with gloss coat, you could always go with the new version. If you do 2 coats would be nice.

Which other coatings have you not used?

I see you chose the "stupid fast" bike. Got more balls than me! I'm happy with a 600 lol!

i wish I had more experience with coatings and could put in my 2 cents. Nice bike though! Makes me miss my R6 I had awhile back :(

oh Man seeing this makes me really miss my Ninja, it was just a 250 but that thing was bullet proof and i could throw it around like a bicycle ...that lightweight ability saved my a$$ quite a few times from idiot drivers . Be careful on that thing, especially during group rides.

My first bike was a 250, black just like that one! Fun but underpowered for anyone who really wants a sport bike or anyone with more than a few months riding experience

I found myself wanting more power at times, but the light weight, fuel economy and lower maintenance cost made me keep this since at one point it was my only transportation. Rode this thing from Northern VA down to Orlando FLA then Houston TX in the middle of winter (40-55 weather) and it never gave me any issues even though everyone kept telling me "it's gonna blow up are you crazy!?" Plus, the speed limits don't change with a larger engine, so i was happy with what i had.

If you want to stick to Stateside shipping
I think most popular ATM would be Wolfgang
But I'd consider gyeon q2 MOHS coating
I'd recommend another but never heard a review on it
So I may have to do a test panel with it with a few other coatings

Gloss-Coat was my first thought. I wonder if anyone's ever tried +10 coats? I could keep it in the garage for a few days under lights to bake it between coats too. And yes, I would wake up in the middle of the night to apply another coat :)

I haven't tried most of the coatings we don't carry. The Polish Angel coatings have always had my eye too...

You gonna drive that down here for MotoGP at COTA? :)

YES!! Let me know when tickets are available. I want to scratch that off my bucket list this year. I have a few choice words to yell at Mr. Marquez from the stands that I need to get off my chest :)

Start with 2 layers of PBL or BF coating. If the motorcycle doesn't Fly Faster, add a couple more layers. Also, don't forget to apply adhesive to the seat!!!

What I want to know is what coating are you going to put on your helmet!! :)

Didn't Andre@AG do write up a while back about coating his helmet's visor? Whats on his bike?
