First of all I would like to wish everyone a happy new year. Hope everyone's new years was fun and make sure to eat some good soup to ease up on the hangovers. Now I would like to may this thread the biggest thread of all.
Lets pretend the Autobahn is closed off only for you to drive the whole damn day and also pretend you have the choice of driving any car you like, any car!! The price doesn't matter just pick one and they gave it to you for a day.
For me, I would definitely love to drive the classic Ferrari F40, Serial Number = 74049. This particular ferrari is one of a car. After watching the video on Youtube, I just think this car is even more rare than the Ferrari Enzo or even the Pagani Zonda.
This Ferrari is the prototype F40 and it is different from the production F40. serial: 74079 F40 is 400pounds lighter than the regular F40. The production F40 has 478HP while on the other hand, the Ferrari F40(74049) has over 600HP as a said before, way lighter than the production F40 which is already superlight.
The prototype Ferrari F40 also had a different rear window style than the regular F40. Instead of having four slots by the rear wing, the prototype f40 had five slots. Here is the video of it on youtube and the narrator tells about the differences towards the end:
YouTube - Ferrari F40 Prototype
Also, I know that there are big improvements in the F1 tiptronic shift but I still love the feeling of FULLY MANUAL. The power is in your hands.
The Ferrari F40 Serial: 74049 is for sure the car I would pick to drive at the Autobahn during my one day!!!!
