Which 3M Product Is Less Aggressive?

I've found some minor swirl marks in a few places on my Z3 and some areas that are "rough to the feel" though the paint looks in excellent shape. I would like to try the least aggressive 3M product to work these areas but cannot seem to find which is the least aggressive product.

The SMR is definitely less abrasive. Easier to use as well. FI-II is a pain in the butt when used by hand.

For the rough feeling areas, use a clay bar first. Then SMR if it has swirls too.
