Where to get pads for the PC?

Whose yer DADDY!??!?!?!?!
Hey guys, I was just wondering where would be a good place to get the velcro backing plate and various pads for my PC? I'm looking to order on-line, but if I could go into a store to buy them I wouldn't be complaining either. Anyhow, I need the whole range of pads, anyone know one good place to get them? Thanks ahead, you guys rock.

I believe Premium Auto Care also has the Lake Country Variable Contact Pads... there next on my list to try! :D

What do you guys think about the pads available on Wolfgang Care Care? I was thinking about that pad kit they have for like $80. Any thoughts?

I'd buy propel pads from Patrick at Excel (www.exceldetail.com). His stuff is available for excellent prices and it's great stuff!

I've used both Lake Country and Propel and, while I was a bit skeptical at first, I prefer the Propel pads and they're much cheaper. I've replaced all of my pads with Propel and I'm thinking of getting more so that I can dedicate a pad to each product I use.

Well, the kit looks pretty nice. However, I wouldn't recommend using the wool pad with a PC and I not real fond of Terry bonnets on a PC or a rotary. So, I think those 3 items in the kit might be a waste... that makes it "not" such a great deal in my opinion.

Interesting... are you comparing the Propel pads to the LC variable contact pads? Why do you like the Propel pads better? Maybe these pads are "sleepers"! :D

Well I went ahead and ordered the Propel pads from Patrick at Exceldetail. Of course I haven't received them yet, I just sent in the order yesterday, however I did want to point out what a pleasure it was to deal with Patrick. Today I needed to make a change to my order, (I'm stupid and accidentally ordered a 6" backplate and counterbalance), and they were absolutely more than happy to accomadate the change and help me out.
This is where customer service of the smaller retailers really gets a chance to shine. They could have very easily put me through hell and back, but they were super nice about it and an absolute delight to do business with. Anytime in the future if I need a product that they offer I am going to go to them, they impressed me that much.
Much thanks to GrussGott for the recomendation.
