Where to buy that small electric blower?

A couple months ago I saw a recommended small, handheld electric blower for aiding in drying a car (especially wheels, mirrors, etc.). However, I can't find it again.

Any help would be appreciated. Whatcha recommend?

Is that the one that is really small....sometimes called a motorcycle blower?

Kind of like this one, but perhaps from a more reputable dealer:

I just checked the HD website, but only see the typical full size electric blowers with the long blower ends.

The one I saw others recommend here has only about a 1 foot blower end.

Hmmmm.....perhaps I'll go with the motorcycle version.

I agree, you need a blower that will blow at least 150 MPH or your better off using your wifes hair dryer.

this leaf blower has plenty of power (more than adequate), and is lightweight to boot. it's nice to be able to manuever it easily, and be able to hold a small mf towel in the other hand to follow up and pick up any water blown out... :2thumbs:

I second that. Buy the green electric one from walmart, it has much more power than the toro. I have dropped it on the ground a bunch of times, and used it everyday for over a year, with no problems.

it's funny... i have a buddy who always complained that after he'd wash his car, the water would drip from the side mirrors while driving (among a few other things), so i referred him to this blower and he hasn't had any regrets... :chuckle:

Ooohhh.. you were looking for a little dinky thing, not the bigger one - the BigAl version there is almost the same thing as the toro one I got. They work very well for what you want to do, but not as small as that chemical guys one.

I have to wear ear plugs with my toro.

I have one just like that (the Cycle Dry) and it is great for wheels/tires, mirrors, nooks and crannies, etc.. I love the small size and the blower end is made out of rubber. If you want to dry your whole car go with a leaf blower or Air Wand, but for spot drying this little guy is great.

This is one of those products that I would buy again, and this link is to one with free shipping:

The blue one was selling at one of the on-line close-out places really cheap, but I haven't seen it available at that price for a while.
