where to buy clay bars in UK

anyone got any idea where i can buy a bar off the shelf. The only place ive seen em is by post from incero. Wouldn't mind getting one tomorrow if possible. Cheers guys
 
I think Halfords might do one, one of the others on here should be able to clarify for me though.



3M do one which you could probably get from your local 3M distributor (go to www.3m.co.uk to find yours).



Other than that the only ones available are from Meguiars and Mothers, online.

Yeah halfords do there own overspray clay, think you would be better of with the 3m stuff, i have the megs stuff its ok i guess. Did the catologue you order arrive, no sign of mine yet???
 
its such an ar$e that you can't just go into a shop and buy the stuff, you have to find it, order it, wait for it....we are so behind here in the UK, still have been suprised by the amount of new

detailng stuff that halfords are now stocking. Gotta be the way forward.

well after ringing around.......can't find any 3M outlets that know what im even talking about! also halfords don't stock them anymore as no one was buying them. You guys got any ideas where i can buy a block and fluid off the shelf? dont want to get a meguiars bar as i heard they are a tad crap. any help guys?

Got all my stuff from frost so want to get on with the car! mark
 
How about that link Nick found for that place in Yate nr Bristol for Mothers stuff?? The mothers clay bar is beeter than the meguairs? I have the megs clay, it worked fine for me and have nothing to copare it to, it does feel like sicky chewing gum when it gets warm!.
 
thats the one i tried rich, .. local supplier didnt have a clue what i was talking about! . . . it shouldn't be this hard, should it?
 
rich..i just wanna go into a shop and hand over some of my hard earned money in exchange for a large block of clay! even the motor factors i went into didnt have a clue. looks like im just gonna order some and miss the delivery! as i always do!
 
do you recon they use em? im sure they dont have the time so that amount of "anal" detailing like some of us.
