Where do you get your microfiber from?

I've bought a package from Costco - i think it was 20 towels for $12 maybe. Anyway , realy cheap and they work great ! I have some more expensive ones, but these work just as well.

Awesome... I'll check that out. Do the ones from costco leave any light marring?

Honestly - none - and i'm very picky when it comes to this. Remember, with microfiber you dont need to apply much pressure - dont 'mash' the towel in to the paint.

I am very impressed with these towels so far - these are the best bang for the buck by far.

:)

E-shine has some good ones.

The CT 3pack for around $8 isn't too bad. Very plush. Not saying they won't come apart after many washes, but the ones I have have lasted a few so far with only minor issues.

I've got my MFs from Pakshak.com. They are very high quality. Previously I got some from Costso and the crappy tires.

just wanted to bring this back to the top a bit...

I just picked up a pack of 20 from Costco (@ 12.79)..and I have to say I'm impressed. They have tags (which bugs me...), bit they are easy to rip off.

Costco gets my vote too. Been using mine for over a year and they've help up well. Some are now being moved to wheel and under hood duty as they're stained but still no problems whatsover.

This is what I got the other week too.

go to sams club and pick up the blue hometex microfibers (for door jams, interior, etc..) as they are just about the same price as the mf's at costco...

I can't seem to find them at the Costo on Innis Rd. here in Ottawa. In which section do you guys find them?

I don't think all Costco stores sell them. I had to go to two stores today before I found them.

kanata costco has a bunch

i bought a pack too but personally i wouldn't use them for buffing, they aren't very "fluffy"

i use the MF towels from eshine.ca for drying & compound/polish/wax removal and the costco ones for glass and interior

Yeah, I have some eShine MFs for buffing, QD'ing, removing polish and cleaning glass. I'm looking for some cheaper MFs for grunge work. I'll take a look in Kanata, thanks for the tip!

I finally bit the bullet and tried the Vroom towels from Target. There are many different varieties there, different multipacks, etc.

I ended up doing the "fabric squish" test between my fingers, and decided on the 12 pack of premium detail towels. They were of good thickness, and were only $9.99 which was a great deal. I'm going to test them this weekend.

I'm sold on the Viking MF Drying Towel - super plush, thick, with the slick fabric-type edge on it. It's AWESOME for polishing, and at 6 sq. ft. for $8.99, that was a deal. Those can be had at Kmart for the cheapest so far.

There seems to be a MUCH larger selection of OTC microfiber products in the States. Up here in Canada, it's tough enough to find them OTC, let alone get a good quality MF. Online is the only way to get good MFs.

:aww:

as i've said many x's before! glad you like them, they're without a doubt very high quality and just as good as any other mf out there...
