Where can I get DACP for under $20?

I checked the websites on here and everyone wants 20$ and then like 7$ for shipping.

Why is shipping so much money?



I bought a bottle before for like $20 and cant find where I bought it.



I need a bottle ASAP.
 
Try your local paint and body shop. Many carry a good range of Meguiar's professional line. If one doesn't, they can usually point you to one that does. The 32 oz size is usually $16-$18 where I've found it.
 
Yup. That's my suggestion. I pay like $18 locally for DACP. The big bottle is the smallest size that I have seen it in. Call around to the local auto paint supply stores. See if any of them carry Meguiar's. Most of them either carry Meguiar's or 3M. Even if they don't carry it, they may know who does.
 
meg's website has a vendor locator, check it out. call first because a lot of the entries are old and out of business already. But i found a GREAT mom&pop place where they sell quality stuff at a great price. I always like to buy locally, especially from smaller places, as opposed to buying online, to support the locals.
 
I found a place and they want $21.95 plus tax and I asked if she can match meguairs website and she said thats what they get it for and they have to market it up. That doesnt make much sense because then that means they make like $1 profit off it.



I just hate spending more money then I have to. I see other people getting it less. Those extra 3-4 bucks can get me some food or other detailing products.



She said it will be there in a few hours. Im going to stop by and ask again, hopefully she isnt there. Hopefully they dont mention shipping and say thats why its that high. Companies usually get stuff buy truck loads anyway.
 
Well, I got my SFP for 18 bucks with tax up here in Canada. NAPA had it, and my school has a account there where I get about 30% off, too bad they don't sell DACP to me :( Thats why I need Mike Phillips to help me out!
 
my local NAPA ordered it for me and had it next day. IIRC, it was around $22 for a big (32oz) bottle. Excellent product, BTW.

NAPA in Calgary sells it for (I think) $22.96 for a litre. CareCareSmart in Burnaby charges $20.95 with free shipping if you order $100 or more.



Great service from these guys and their prices appear to be really competitive.

Have you asked them to order it in for you? My local Lordco had half the stuff I was looking for (I get 30% off there) so I had them order in some #80 and #16 and I had it in a few days. I'd expect NAPA could do the same... :nixweiss
