im in the process of wetsanding the TA but in which directions doyou wet sand in? \\ // ++ () i know linear scratches are easier to take out as opposed to circular scratches, but can i work in the papers in a circular motion? I know the answers probably no but id like to hear personal opinions.

Thanks

When wet sanding, i work side to side, bumper to bumper direction. I just wet sanded a car today, it was driving through a construction site and got overspray from the paint all over it. I tried everything to remove the paint, this was some heavy duty paint, it was real thick.

The only thing that sucks about wet sanding is if you go to far, the mistake can cost you some new painting.

I love to use the meg's unigrit 2000 for wetsanding

do you know what grades they have in the unigrit papers. Also i was thinking about getting the papers GSRstiles used in integra i think theyre called micromesh.

Unigrit is quite good... Meg's offers 6 grades, from 1000 to 3000.

Also, check Mirka's line of abrasives at mirka.com . I have their Abralon foam disks, up to 4000! (For machine use). Sweet.

Meguiar's also has the sanding block (grade 400-2000) which is nice so you don't have to worry about attaching the paper but they also have a good backing pad, so either way.

Any benefit to anything finer than 3000 grit and does Megs and Mirka only have 3000 grit and finer?

no theres micromesh papers that go up to 12,000. Ill take a look at those myrka papers & the unigrit papers as well.
