When glass order correct?

I always do my glass as the final step..this way i avoid any splatter or the like that can ruin in once i have done it....inside and out of the glass is last

Same as me. I usually will protect the paint last and then move to the windows and protect them and then do a final wipe down on the paint and windows to remove any possible streaks from the wax or what not.

these days i hardly use a glass cleaner and usually only do when i do the inside (i have tint), otherwise i use QD as i do the paint as well... :2thumbs:

Use ONR for your clay lube, no washing neccessary. Do a IPA wipe down after polishing. If really dusty after polishing do a traditonal wash.

well i laready have clay lube so would i need to wash that off?

Do what you think seems right under the circumstances.

If you end up with a lot of clay/lube residue you may very well feel better giving it a quick wash before you start polishing; if things seem clean enough that you don't think it'd be necessary, they don't bother.

I'm confident that the correct course of action will be intuitively obvious once you're actually at that point.

Oh, and I do windows as the final step too.
