Wheel Wells - Any Detailing Tools?

I've been using this thing for a while (the long handled one), http://classic-motoring.stores.yahoo.net/moertiwhfebr.html

It works great, and fits in almost every wheel well I've cleaned. It is very effective, with a good APC of course.

Wheel Woolies are a bit on the pricey side--I'd be afraid of mucking mine up by using them in the wheel wells. I'd rather use something a little more disposable, but I'm still trying to figure out what works best for me.

On a related note, do any of you use any sort of dressing on the wheel wells?

Dressing?

I use Lucas Tire and Trim dressing or any cheap foam tire spray.

Of course this goes out the window if the wheel well is "Carpeted" like many cars I see now ie: Audi, Bentley, Maserati etc.....

Any recommendations for the fuzzy wheel wells? My C-Class has them in the back.
