Beemerboy said:This depends on how bad they are some require more cut than others...mine are a soap and water clean now but they are cleaned once a week.
Jngrbrdman said:I cheat. I have a mitt that I use to wash them down and then for shows I spray tire shine in there and use a tire swipe to make them black and shiny. The result is something that works great for shows, but isn't all that practial as a weekly routine.

Jngrbrdman said:Eagle One Wet. For shows I'll detail the whole tread once the car is parked. I think having brand new looking tires on top of having polished paint adds to the overall appearance of the car. "Right off the showroom floor" is the look I try to go for.
Jngrbrdman said:Tire swipe is my prefered applicator. Eagle One has a good one that doesn't fall apart as easily, but you can get three for a dollar at the dollar store. They fall apart after a few uses, but they are inexpensive. My only recomendation is that you use a rubber glove when you apply the stuff. It takes forever to get your fingernails clean if you don't have a glove on.

Eagle One dressing in the can is as hard to find as CD2. I see they have a EO in a spray bottle, is it the same dressing ?Jngrbrdman said:. Out of the tire dressings that I have used, I like this one the best.
