wheel polish

Does anyone know of a good wheel polish for stock Camaro wheels ?..... there are some minor superficial blemishes

Mothers makes one for chrome and one for clear coat. I use the clear coat one with good results. It will remove minor blemishes and leave a nice shine and good protection.

If the wheels are clear coated use the same products you would use to polish the paint on your car.

If your wheels look as if they are alluminum/alloy type wheels, most likely they are clearcoated. I use AIO as my wheel polish, but I don't have any blemishes. If AIO won't remove them, you can try clay and regular paint polishes and compounds. If you compound them too much and wear through the clearcoat, you'll damage them and they'll need repainting and new clearcoat.

Yes, they are clear coated, I'll think I'll use something that is safe for clearcoats and won't wear on them too much. THANKS to all of you! ...........Steve T.

Mothers clear coat wheel polish. Paint polishes will work just as well on clearcoated wheels also.
