sorry i've been really busy and haven't had much to get on here and have fun w/ you guys...

my question is whats the best way to clean my wheels and mainly the inside... i've got no problems taking them off but i would like to get the inside to look just as good as the outside does...

There are several options as far as wheel cleaning. I base mine on the type of wheel I'm cleaning; ie: raw aluminum, clear coated, single stage
sprayed. A safe effective OTC wheel cleaner is Eagle one A-Z. There are others too.
I'm not sure if the Autopia store has the Daytona speed brush but I hope someone will chime in to confirm.

Thanks John!

Kaprice, you can find the brush here: http://www.autopia-carcare.com/daytona-wheel-brush.htm

It's undoubtedly a must have for wheel cleaning. Bendable, durable and gets to those hard to reach areas. You may not even have a need to remove the wheels with this brush!

One of my favorite wheel cleaners has to be the Sonax wheel cleaner. The wheels on my Mazdaspeed get CAKED with brake dust so I honestly say that I've tried many many wheel cleaners. Sonax is safe yet effective, and is pretty neat to watch it work (the neon green liquid turns to a dark red when the cleaning takes place).

Meguiar's Wheel Brightener is also among the fan favorites. Great price and it goes a long way.

You can find them at the store as well here are the links:

great thanx guys, guess i'll be getting up at the crack of dawn to get started... i'll try and remember to take pics for you guys of before and after...

One of the best / most-effective cleaners I have used specifically for cleaning nasty, dirty, brake dust caked wheel barrels was Flash's Brown Royal. A lot of cleaners are hyped up along the lines of "spray on / rinse off" but Brown Royal is the only one I've ever used that actually had any backbone to it when it came to that claim. Granted, it's not going to just eat away brake dust that's caked on, but if I had to clean some dirty-dirty wheels, that's the stuff I'd want to have available to use.

One key aspect is to actually spray between the spokes to get to the backside. Agitation is a must for best results.

Eagle One A2Z is my favorite OTC product. It works well but if the dirt is baked on it's probably not going to get it off without some scrubbing. The only wheel cleaner I've ordered online was Griots but it was free really. Worked ok but I wouldn't buy it again. I've always just used OTC stuff since I go through so much
