Dangerously cold wind chills early Wednesday morning across all of central and southern Minnesota into western Wisconsin.
Another surge of frigid Arctic air will arrive overnight tonight into Wednesday morning producing colder low temperatures. This colder air combined with strong northwest winds will produce wind chill values between 35 and 40 degrees below zero across all of central and southern Minnesota into western Wisconsin early Wednesday morning.
Wind Chill Warning remains in effect from Midnight Tonight to 11 am CST Wednesday.
