I have used the spot cleaner and it works well as a light detergent when addedd to water for cleaning plastcis and what not.....



The spot remover is pretty good stuff...
 
You'll probably have to email CMA and ask them so you can get the technical information. You might even want to request the MSDS sheets.



Most probably the Spot Remover is just a really concentrated cleaner that is made to break loose tougher stains. Probably has more surfactants in it. It might even be caustic to help get oily marks.
