Yes, the marketing is all hype ("the once a year car polish"), but it actually does a good job as a longer-lasting cleaner wax/sealant.
I've used it on wheels, and on some of the 'rougher' vehicles that deadbeats. . .er. . . family members bring to be detailed. I can't complain about the results.
