I don't know why people always claim to have trouble with Klasse. .....

Ok, I'm done venting......sorry.

Hey, no problem. That's what we're here for!

Just be glad you weren't ranting on about why ppl claim to have trouble with Z.....lest the Anti-Z zealots would have been all over you. :D

To Vettevert: Jngrbrdman does an excellent job of applying AIO with a PC. Maybe you can ask him to elaborate on his method.

Most Klasse user follow the basic guildines posted by jimwh for applying Klasse. His instruction can be found by doing a search.

Tip for applying Klasse: pour you AIO or SG into small 3 ounce spray bottles. Then use the small bottles to spray your applicator ( I perfer mf applicators).

TIP for determining how much product to apply. Practice on a window.

TIP: less is better meaning the less product you use the easier the product is to work with and remove. Excess product is just a waste.

SG TIP: the longer you wait the easier the SG is to remove. SG is really very easy to remove using the two towel method.

Good luck

What's the two towel method? I missed that one?

The two towel method is where you have one MF towel that is damp and another towel that is dry. You start with the damp one and then follow up with the dry one. You work one panel at a time and it works great. The damp towel seems to remove the SG easier than a dry one. Its less work than using a couple dry MFs and some QD.

Would you care to elaborate on your use of AIO with a PC?

thanks,

VV

These are pics of the results you can get with AIO and a PC. On that car I applied AIO to a damp yellow pad. I do it panel by panel and seperate the hood, roof, and trunk into two seperate halves. That car was so bad that it took 2 or 3 times with the PC on the flat surfaces to clean it all off. I went over it once, cleaned the pad, reapplied the AIO and then went over it again. When that was done I cleaned the pad and did it again. The first pass was really difficult to buff the AIO off, so I just left it there and let the second pass buff it off. The third pass was pretty much just to make sure I got it all. I think the result speaks for itself.

There wasn't any real skill involved in that. The AIO and PC did all the work. I was just there to watch. :) All hail to the mighty PC! ;) That is one of the reasons I love using the PC so much. I tried using the AIO by hand on one half of the trunk. I did three coats and it didn't come out nearly as good as what the PC did. My arm was about to fall off and my fingers were killing me after that too. The PC just makes things so much eaiser on you physically on tough problems like that car.
