I would remove just the holograms for $130 and remove every imperfection (within reason) for $250.
Most holograms arent deep and come out very easily, so easily that most people just use a DA and a finishing polish and a polishing/finishing pad to remove them.
There are however occurances of holograms being scary deep and/or the paint is stupid hard to the point you have to get more aggressive to remove them. I have never ran into this myself and they have always come out with minimal effort.
