What would you GIVE for Christmas?

JaredPointer

COME AT ME BRO
Since we so often hear about what we want to receive for Christmas (or whatever it is that you commercially celebrate), I thought it would be interesting to see what you would like to give this season. We had a quick little discussion about this at work, and I thought it was intriguing.

In an effort to make it realistic or feasible, try to elaborate on something you could actually give and/or perform (if it's a service). After talking about this with people here, I find it really odd that there are so many things I'd like to do for my family and friends that it is really overwhelming.

OK trying to answer within what I am realistically able to give this year.:hmmm:

Hmmm. Can't say what I'm planning for Sheila cuz she might read it.

I can tell you that I plan to give my mother a day at the spa and a full service detail on her car. ( I usually cut a few corners cleaning her car :notme:)

Besides the usual gifts, my daughters are gonna receive a special letter from me telling them how much I love them and list all the things I love about them. I love doing that because it means so much to them and it gives me a chance to give them a special keep sake from their Papa.

Actually while I was writing this I started thinking how cool it would be to make it a video of me telling them how great I think they are. Listing my hopes and dreams for them. I saw that in a movie once (It was the guy's last will and testiment but it still was very special :))

As you can tell my focus is on my family these days. Other than running a special sale on DC, I don't plan on doing much for my fellow man this year.:D

I might add some more later but that's it for now.

Looking forward to seeing what others hear plan to give or do.

Another great thread JP.:bigups

For my hubby, I would like to give him a wife with a new body (i am working on that very diligently!)

My kids, I am giving them more time of my time at home (homework, etc.)

And all the special ladies in my life (stepmom, mother in law) a date at the the nail salon. Nothin like a spa pedicure!

Looks like it may be a "Blue Christmas" this year.
With just Troy and Sheila giving any presents, a lot of people are going to be left out.

Funny...not really;)

When Troy and I were dating, he gave me a set of brake pads for our first Valentine's Day!:( He's a little better at gift giving now than he was in the early days!

I bought an air filter for the woman's Saturn while I was out Christmas shopping one year. Since I was wrapping gifts, I decided to wrap that one as well. Boy, was she ever so excited about that one. She still reminds me about it. :)
