What wash mitt and towles do YOU use for ONR?

Well I ordered some ONR and grit guard, so I will try to procure a grout sponge and a chenille covered foam pad this weekend and give both a shot. I'd still be interested in Spoiled or Nate explaining how they use the sponges in their methods..Scott has outlined his fine method and all his pics speak for themselves :)

Scottwax, where do you get your mitts? I tried to PM you about this yesterday but your pms are blocked.

Chenille covered foam pads to wash...

I don't use mitts. See my post above for where I get them.

I blocked PMs because I get so many "tell me how to detail my car and all the products I need" PMs everyday. No offense to anyone (I am NOT directing this at you, Roger) but pretty much any question one might ask, in 20,000+ posts, odds are huge I have already answered it. ;)

I love to use seasponges for washing. Sometimes I think I'm the only one though. :( ;)

When wet, they have a softer, more malleable feel than regular sponges IMO.

I use a microfiber chenelle wash mit and absorber to dry in the winter when using a automatic wash and microfiber in the summer when hand washing.

Sorry, missed that post when I was writing my reply. :wall

Target wool wash mitt and Megs Water Magnet to dry (1 or 2 depending on humidity). Also use a spray bottle with ONR @ QD strength for pre-treating lower panels and wheels/wells, 2 buckets, with gritguard in rinse bucket.

They are the "loose in the bin" ones.:D The HD's local to me have a 6 pack of sponges that are just a bit more stiff that I use for traditional washing. A stiffer sponge works better for me with a regular wash.

I use 2 Eurow Sheepskins - can be had at Wal-Mart for about $5 I think.

To dry - 2 Pakshak WW's

2 - 5gallon buckets. Presoak wheels, lower panels with QD strength ONR.

Strange, I remember when everyone was using sheepskins with ONR...maybe those guys just haven't replied yet.
